Errors will be shown per line item and error column. There may be multiple incorrect columns present. [Note: If you make changes and re-upload the file, other incorrect columns may appear if they exist.]
Whenever the system indicates an error in a given row, the attendance from that row to the end of the data set will not be processed.
In order to reconcile,
- The row with the error must be corrected or removed, and
- All rows leading up to the erroneous row must be deleted, as it was processed in the previous upload.
Deleting Attendance
In order to delete attendance, click on Delete under the Action column in the Manage and Report Attendance Tile.
