To submit individual attendance:

  1. Click on Manage & Report Attendance on the Session Header Tile
  2. Click on Report Attendance on the Manage and Report Attendance Tile
  3. Enter the name or member ID number of the attendee 
  4. a. For On the CE Provider Profile Page, click the Report Single Attendance button on the Report Attendance tile.
  5. You will be directed to the Course Index. Choose the course on which you wish to report attendance by clicking View.
  6. On the Course Sessions Tile, click on View All Sessions (or click View to directly view the session if it appears on the tile, skip to Step 5).
  7. On the Sessions Index, choose the session on which you wish to report attendance by clicking on View.
  8. From the Session Profile Page, click on "Click here to report" on the Manage and Report Attendance tile.
  9. On the following page (Report Attendance Page), click on the Report Attendance button.
  10. Enter the member id# or name of the individual you would like to report
    a. For Live courses, the Date Attended will automatically reflect as the Session Date
    b. For  For On-Demand courses, enter the date which the attendee completed the course
  11. Click Report
