  1. Account details unavailable error message – please use an Incognito (Chrome) or Private (Explorer) browser window to log into and search on CES Dashboard
  2. In the Course Index, your search results read “No results found”
    • Do not use the character “- “ (hyphen). Our search does not currently understand this and will produce an error when used. Search using a partial course number in this case, i.e. “AIAX18”, or “FR101” vs. “AIAX18-FR101”.
    • Your course may be Expired. Go to the Status column in the Course Index and add “Expired” to the list of filters to reveal these courses
    • Too many search terms were used. The search works best with less information. If searching by title, use a keyword that will produce a list of relevant results. When using a course number, if you are not sure of the complete number, use a known portion of the number to produce a list of relevant results.
    • Your Course Index is sortable. If you are looking for a recently approved course, sort your Index, by clicking on the “Last Updated” column to bring your recently approved courses to the top. The Title, Course number and Status columns are also sortable.
