Chapter Portal Architect Upgrade and "Transfer Out" Report Issues

On Friday, July 23rd, the Digital Support team received notification of an error when pulling reports in the Chapter Portal. Users have found when trying to pull the "Architect Upgrade" report, the "Transfer Out" report downloads. When trying to pull the "Transfer Out" report, no report downloads. Developers are working on the fix and will deploy after code review and successful testing have been completed.
