Join and Reinstate application update

As we move forward in our effort to fully implement the transition to Fonteva, we wanted to share that the Join and Reinstate application for members is moving into production this Saturday, July 31.

What does that mean?

Joining and reinstating members will still be directed to NetFORUM to join or reinstate while we test the new app against real data. Once testing is complete and we're confident in the application, we'll move it into full production and begin directing members to Fonteva to join or reinstate. We expect the testing to take a few weeks. At that point all member records (new, reinstating and renew) will be centralized in Fonteva and we will be working from one AMS.
