Fonteva Join and Reinstate are live!
We are excited to announce that the Fonteva JOIN and REINSTATE applications are live and are working well. That’s right, we are now working from one AMS!
What does that mean?
Joining and reinstating members are directed to Fonteva where all member records (join, reinstate, and renew) are centralized. Fonteva is now the source of truth for member data.
What do I need to do to prepare?
Please, do not make any updates in NetFORUM as they will not be synced to Fonteva. All components have access to reports, but you will not be able to make any updates to member records. Requests for member record updates should be directed to memberservices@aia.org. To reiterate, please stop updating member information in NetFORUM.
We expect to launch My Account by the end of October which will allow you then to edit member records in Fonteva. All membership processing will now be completed in Fonteva, and you will need to use your Fonteva chapter portal to pull reports. Moving forward your ACH reports will be available in Fonteva for renew, join, and reinstate!
IMPORTANT! Pull all your past 2021 ACH reports from NetFORUM now for all your accounting and auditing information. You will have access to NetFORUM through the end of the year to ensure you have plenty of time to collect this information.
