Chapter Portal issue - Resolved

This issue has been resolved.

The Digital Support team is aware the Chapter Portal site is not accessible as of 10:00am ET on Monday, November 1^st. Preliminary findings is the issue is caused by an invalid Certification which is not allowing for encryption of information. The Digital Support team has reported the issue to the developers and we will keep you updated on the progress of the fix through regular emails.
