Welcome to the July edition of the Fonteva User Component monthly update. Happy 4th of July!
What’s new?
Transfer Reports: Two new reports are now available in the Chapter Portal.
Transfer In – members who have transferred into your component.
Transfer Out – members who transferred out of your component.
The transfer process and reports have been entirely re-worked. Thus, these two new reports will only show results as of 6/29/22 onward. Should you need earlier information, please email digitalsupport@aia.org.
ACH Report: Underlying report logic has been tweaked to handle refunds. Based on these changes, select components may be impacted as funds previously returned to members were not recouped from components. More details on this are coming soon.
Join/Re-Join Report: Now, you can run a report using a "from" date.
What’s up next?
As always, you may refer to the Roadmap housed in Portal Commons as this document is updated regularly. In case you do not have time to review, a quick snapshot:
Upgrade Report: We are working on two reports (upgrade to Architect and to Emeritus). We hope to have something available this month. In the interim, requests for upgrade information should continue to be sent to digitalsupport@aia.org.
Active Member Snapshot: In addition to the active member report, we will update membership tab charts to provide quick insight into your active members.
Streamline fields: A member total label in the upper right-hand corner/margin is confusing and will be hidden. Further, we will correct a mislabeled retention tab report field label.
Notable absence:
Merge Process: We tested the merge process, and we are pleased with the results. Next, we need to ensure that after contacts are merged, members will continue to be able to log in and seamlessly engage with applicable products. We expect to have merge process fully operational by the end of this month.
