Fonteva User Component Monthly Update - August 2022

Welcome to the August edition of the Fonteva User Component monthly update.

What’s new?

Active Member Snapshot: On the Membership tab, the four charts are now specific to active members only (formerly this view included lapsed members too). A new quick snapshot in case you don’t have time to run the active member roster report.

Upgrade Reports: Two new reports are now available. (1) Upgrade to Emeritus and (2) Upgrade to Architect.

Member totals: We’ve hidden a label (Members: XXXX) which used to appear in the right-hand margin of each tab. The total was contrary to actual/correct totals in other views.

Retention tab labels: Before, renewed and non-renewed report labels were confusing. We’ve corrected and simplified.

Tabs: We removed the “Reports” tab altogether (it has been disabled for a while). One should continue to access reports via the Membership, Retention and Finance tab.
