Component Monthly Fonteva Update - September 2022

Welcome to the September edition of the Fonteva User Component monthly update. Summer is nearly a thing of the past and 2023 membership renewal season preparation is in full swing! Beginning in October, please expect more Chapter Portal features to be released in time for the heart of the renewal season.

Over the last several months, we asked for your feedback on areas of improvement within the Chapter Portal. Those who responded identified the following areas in the Chapter Portal for improvement. We have prioritized the list below based on the responses.

Features identified and prioritized by you:

1. Access/greater view of membership history

2. New Grad Report

3. Waiver Report

4. Year over Year Retention and Recruitment

5. Firm Size report

6. DIP (Dues Installment Program) report

7. Improve Chapter Portal usability (i.e. downloading charts, simplifying Search etc.).

Items not prioritized but are being worked on or explored:

• Cleaning up duplicate records

• New Contact Info Change Report (a list of active members that changed their primary phone, mailing or email address.)
