Fonteva User Monthly: January 2023

Welcome to the January ‘23 edition of the Fonteva User Component monthly update. Sorry for being a little late in sending this out. Happy New Year! 

 What’s new? 

 The “Email Change Report” is the newest report located in the Membership tab. You will use the date parameter to search for members whose primary email has changed since a specific date. You can use the report to update other non-Fonteva lists as you need. 

 Known Issue: 

 We are encountering sporadic issues with term dates for some 2023 renewals. The term date for some paid/renewed members is not properly advancing to 2023. As a result, these members may not show up on your current active membership rosters, impacting member counts. Weekly, we manually correct the effected records.
