RESOLVED: Chapter Portal Active Member Report Issue - January 17th
Update 1/18: Developers identified the issue and developed the fix. After testing, the fix was deployed to the Production site on January 18th. We found the “Community Group” field on the Subscription Line was not being written so when a member joins, reinstates, or renews, they were no longer showing on reports. Members who were affected by this bug are now showing as expected on Chapter Portal Reports.
We are aware of an issue with the Chapter Portal member reports not showing all active members. This affects all members who have joined, reinstated or renewed since January 12th. The Product Owner and Developers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. As we have updates, we will communicate them through the Portal Commons page and on the Chapter Portal Wiki.
