Component Monthly Fonteva Update - March 2023
Welcome to the March edition of the Fonteva User Component monthly update. Yes, 14 days until the official start of Spring!
What will be available for use soon?
Based on your collective feedback and prioritization, three new reports:
Firm Detail: List of accounts/firms tied to your active members; including Principal and Staff role and firm size.
Architects Licensed =/<10 years: Based on the original license date provided.
Associate’s Licensure details: Associates who indicated either “on track to licensure” or “not pursuing licensure.”
Data: The completeness and accuracy of report outputs is only as good as the data we have in Fonteva. Data found within these three reports may be incomplete or outdated. Please encourage your members to log into AIA.org, where one is automatically dropped into My Account, select “edit” in the Manage tile, and update accordingly. For further assistance, your members can contact memberservices@aia.org.
Reminder! Lapsing process in early April:
Members with a 2022 Expire Date will continue to show an Active membership status. On April 5th, the Lapsing process will be run to change the Member Status of members who have not renewed for 2023 from Active to Lapsed. Until April 5th, these members will appear in the “Active Member Roster” report. After April 5th, the members who have not renewed their 2023 membership will appear in the “Lapsed Members” report.
What’s up next?
As always, you may refer to the Roadmap as this document is updated regularly; the link is also available on the Portal Commons page in the Chapter Portal. The roadmap will show you a list of items being worked on, and a list of reports already requested by your peers.
How are things progressing? What else would help? We have had about two dozen components weigh in. We would love more!
Please take a quick three question survey.
