Creating a One-Day Pass Ticket with Specific Session Access

Attendees who purchase the One-Day Pass will be able to register for and attend only the sessions linked to that ticket type. Please follow the steps below to setup one-day pass tickets:

Step 1: Create the One-Day Pass Ticket Type

  1. Navigate to the Event Builder

  • Go to the Tickets tab.

  1. Create a New Ticket Type

  • Click New Ticket Type.

  1. Configure Ticket Details

  • Enter the Ticket Name (e.g., "Day 1 Pass").

  • Set the Price.

  • Check the boxes for:

  • Is Published

  • Is Active

  1. Save the new ticket type.

Step 2: Assign Specific Sessions to the Ticket Type

  1. Access Session Mapping

  • Navigate to: Tickets > Attendee Customization > Ticket Tiering > Edit Ticket Session Mapping

  1. Locate the One-Day Pass Ticket

  • Find the ticket type you just created.

  1. Assign Sessions

  • Select Assign Specific Sessions.

  • Click Add Sessions.

  1. Choose Sessions

  • Select the individual sessions to include in the one-day pass.

  1. Set Access Level

  • Choose the appropriate access level (e.g., "Can attend").

  1. Save your changes.
