Member Value Outreach Report
Data privacy
The majority of the fields on the Member Value Outreach report constitute Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for our membership. PII is confidential information and should only be shared with leadership and staff that have a business need to know the specific information in a report. Please edit reports and remove the columns of data that are not needed for a business purpose before you share any data file. NEVER share a data file with someone outside of component staff or leadership.
State and local chapters can opt in to the Member Value Outreach call campaign annually. By opting in to the program, the Member Support Center team will contact unrenewed members of your chapter to reinforce the value of membership and encourage renewal. The Member Value Outreach report will display call outcomes logged by the Member Support Center for chapters that participate in the annual retention call program.
Step-by-step guide
Login to the Chapter Portal and select the chapter you want to access.
The page will redirect to the Membership tab.
Select the Member Value Outreach report (see first screenshot).
Note: only Components who have opted in to the Member Value Outreach program will have access to this report. If you believe your chapter is participating in the program but do not see the report, reach out to Christina Thomas at christinathomas@aia.org.
Select the Membership Year from the dropdown you want to retrieve and click “Download Report” (see second screenshot).
The list of results will open in a new tab.
Export the file as needed.
Open the file in Excel.
