Viewing a receipt on Fonteva

Work around

This is a work around until we can get the "View Document" button working on the receipt object.


Step-by-step guide

  1. Select a contact who made a payment
  2. Select Order Summary builder by clicking the arrow (marked in red)
  3. Click on All Orders
  4. Click the arrow on the line item
  5. Then click on the receipt number to view the reciept
  6. On clicking the receipt# you will be able to view the offline receipt
