Editing a Sponsor Package

This article explains how to edit/update a Sponsor Package for an event.  

You will need to have your event open in edit mode.  You can refer to Editing an existing event, if needed.

Step-by-step guide


1.  With the Event open in edit mode, scroll the left Navigation to display Sponsor Packages.  Click/select Sponsor Packages on the left navigation.  This will open the Sponsor Packages page.


2.  With the Sponsor Packages page open, select the pencil icon on the far right of the venue to be edited/updated.


3.  On the Edit Sponsor Package window edit/update the fields.  Use the scroll bar on the right of the window to scroll down to all the fields


4.  Add or update a form for the package.

You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.


5.  With the edits/updates complete, click/select the Save & Continue button to save the changes and return to the Sponsor Packages page.  


6.  To exit without saving the changes, select cancel or the X at the top right of the Edit Sponsor Package window.



Reminder once on the main event info page in event builder, select save in the upper right to save your work.
