How to use themes and add images to your event
Depending on the event, you may want to include the AIA logo or a specific image related to the event, such as a banner. If you are not cloning an existing event template, you will need to ensure your event is following the AIA branding guidelines found in Brandfolder.
Step-by-step guide
- On the left-side navigation of Event Builder, scroll down to and click Theme. The Color Scheme tab will be displayed.
- At the top of the screen, there is a field that allows you to Inherit theme from another event. This will save you a lot of set up time. Use the search field to find an event with the correct theme and images. You can update theme, if needed, after inheriting it.
- Following the AIA branding guidelines, select the appropriate colors for your event elements, such as Primary Button Background Color, Primary Button Text Color, Heading Color, Text Color, Link Color, Navbar Background Color, etc.
- Click the Images tab.
- Under Banner Image, click Browse and select an image from computer.
- Under Thumbnail Image, click Browse and select an image from computer.
- Under Event Page Logo, click Browse and select an image from computer.
- Click Save in the upper right-side corner of Event Builder.
