Collaborators are individuals inside or outside your company that you want to grant read-only or editing permissions for specific projects. Collaborators can be added to or removed from a project at any time.
Collaborators can be added from the Manage Projects tile, by clicking the three dots at the far right of a project.
A pop-up will appear, where you can search by email for other users and select the collaborator and desired permission level of read-only or edit. Internal collaborators from your own company will default to edit permissions, but can be changed to read-only.
If the user is not yet in the DDx, you can select Try Invite Instead, which will open a pop-up to fill out the user’s name and email address, and select the permission level. Clicking Invite to Collaborate will generate an email invitation.
