How to Report Attendance
Option 1 - Individual Attendance
To submit individual attendance:
- Click on Manage & Report Attendance on the Session Header Tile
- Click on Report Attendance on the Manage and Report Attendance Tile
- Enter the name or member ID number of the attendee
- a. For Live courses, the Date Attended will automatically reflect as the Session Date
b. For On-Demand courses, enter the date which the attendee completed the course - Click Report
Option 2 - Bulk Attendance
To bulk upload attendance:
- Click on Bulk Upload Attendance on the Report Attendance Tile (CE Provider Profile Page)
- a. If you have a saved csv file:
- Click Choose a File
- Select a file to upload by browsing your computer
b. If you do not have a saved csv file:
- Click on Download sample file
- Complete the information on the spreadsheet
- Save the file to your computer
- Complete Step 1 again
- Click Choose a File
- Select the file to upload by browsing your computer - Click Upload
Deleting Attendance
To delete an attendee:
- Click Delete beside the attendee's name on the Manage and Report Attendance Tile
- Click Yes on pop up message
