Once you have created an account and connected to your company's ’s account, you will navigate the DDx will have 3 main views. These are the individual dashboard (My Portfolio), company dashboard (My Company), and the project via three main views, accessible through tabs at the top of the page: Portfolio (personal dashboard), Company dashboard, and Reports dashboard.

Portfolio (Personal Dashboard)
After login logging in to the DDx, you will be landing on the individual dashboard/My Portfolio view. The individual dashboard gives you land on your Portfolio dashboard. This personal dashboard provides a snapshot of your own projects, top-performing projects, progress towards goal, and your account info, and the Manage Projects tile.
Project Notifications
For this iteration of the DDx, Project Notifications are connected to the “Collaborators” functions. When someone invites you Projects appearing in the Portfolio dashboard are either those you created or those on which you have been added as a collaborator.
Projects and Project Goals
From the Portfolio view, clicking on an individual project within your portfolio — either from the Top Performers or those listed in the Manage Projects tile — will bring you to the project details page, which includes progress toward goals.
Edit Account Information
To edit your contact information, including your email address, country, state, city, and postal code, click on the pencil icon in the bottom right corner of the My Account tile within the Portfolio view. Be sure to click Save Changes after editing, or Cancel if you don’t wish to edit your contact information.
Project Notifications
When you are invited to work on a project as a collaborator, you will notice a notification appear in “My Portfolio” and appears in My Portfolio, where you can accept or reject the inviteinvitation. You will also receive collaboration notifications via email.
2- Company Dashboard
The second view is the company dashboard (My Company). To get to “My Company”, navigate to the top right corner, click on your name, then click “My Company”. The “My Company” Company dashboard, which can be reached from the second tab on the upper left corner. The Company view gives you a snapshot of your company information, all of your company’s projects , top performing projects, progress towards goal, and company information.
3- Project Dashboard
The third view is the project dashboard that you can get to from “Manage Projects” tile in either “My Portfolio” or “My Company” by clicking on a given project. The project dashboard gives you a snapshot of a given project’s information, how does the project compare to other projects, progress towards goal, savings, collaborators, and project notes.
(including those on which you are not a collaborator), your company’s offices and studios, and employees who have accounts in the DDx. You can also access the Manage Projects tile from this dashboard.
3- Submit Portfolio
Submit Portfolio is only available to administrators. If you are an administrator, you are able to see how submit a portfolio here Submit Portfolio (Admins Only).
4- Reports Dashboard
The fourth view is the Reports dashboard, which displays overall progress toward the 2030 Commitment. At the top of the page, you can select a specific date range and/or office location from which to view a report.
