Submit Portfolio (Admins Only)

Each spring, 2030 Commitment signatories submit a snapshot of their active design work as of the end of the preceding year. These snapshots are saved in the Reports tab and aggregated to develop AIA's annual 2030 Commitment By the Numbers report. 

Portfolios are submitted on the third tab, by selecting Submit Portfolio. Submit Portfolio is only available to administrators. For information on how to submit your portfolio during the bulk upload process, click here. 

Select the reporting year from a drop-down menu.

On the next page, you will review a table that includes all those projects that had at least one design phase reported in 2021. We will use the most recently reported phase to gather the design data. Select the project you would like to submit the portfolio to by selecting the checkbox before the project's name.

If everything is accurate, scroll down and you must select the checkbox stating “I confirm that this snapshot reflects my company’s full design portfolio” for the selected year. There is an optional checkbox that gives consent for AIA to publish or share your company’s pEUI publicly. Once those are selected, clicking Continue from this screen will submit the portfolio.

After clicking Continue, the data will be processed and available in the Reports page. 

The portfolio and badge will be available to download at the Resource Library in the Company's tab. In the Company's tab, scroll down until Company Resources. It can be downloaded and displayed on reporting or other materials to help build awareness among colleagues, project partners, and clients about your company’s involvement with the 2030 Commitment.
