Once a project has design data and pEUI, and has gone through the Construction Administration phase, it can be marked complete, allowing post-occupancy (or measured energy) data to be tracked.

The Complete option can be accessed from the project’s dashboard, directly under the project name.

It can also be accessed from the Manage Projects tile on the Portfolio page, under the far right Action column.

Selecting Mark Complete will generate the Project Close Out pop-up window, in which basic and extended project information is confirmed before selecting Confirm Close Out.

The Operational Energy tile will now appear in the project’s dashboard, between the Target and Design Phase Data tiles.

Selecting the button for Add Operational Energy or Track Operational Energy opens the Set Operational Data page, where the reporting date and  annual measured EUI can be entered directly. Alternatively, energy usage by fuel type can be entered by selecting the “+” button, which will automatically calculate the measured EUI (and override anything entered directly). Also, note that the DDx is set to track annual measured energy, so the dates for the Reporting Cycles must be one year apart.
