As new 2030 signatories, companies are asked to create and submit a Sustainability Action Plan (SAP). The purpose of an SAP is to demonstrate the firm’s approach to sustainable design and how they will meet the 2030 Commitment targets. Although any company employee can view the SAP, only an administrator can upload or edit it. Read more about creating a SAP here

To upload your SAP, navigate to the Company Information tile at the top of the Company dashboard. Click on Add a Sustainability Action Plan (or if replacing an existing SAP, click on Edit).

Clicking Add or Edit will take you to the SAP page, where you can upload the document, select whether you give consent for AIA to share your SAP as a resource for other 2030 signatories, set or update your company’s EUI reduction target, and track the dates for the most recent and next upcoming reviews of the SAP. Click Save when complete, and the SAP will now appear on your Company Information tile.
