Provider Overview: Login

Welcome to CES Dashboard, the new CES platform on AIA.org.  There are a couple of ways to access this site.

To log in, you can:

1)       Log into your account from the AIA.org homepage (access CE Provider Tab under My Account>My Profile), OR

 2)      Log in with a direct link (www.aia.org/my-account/ce-provider).

Your credentials for this site are the same as your current CES Discovery log in (AIA.org credentials).  Your username is the email address associated with your CES account and the password can be updated through MyProfile. 

While browsing and updating information, there are a couple things to keep in mind:  

-          When validations are not met, the application will indicate the changes that need to be made in red messaging

-          Descriptions and additional details of terms can be accessed by hovering over help text/question mark logos. 

Provider Overview: CE Provider Profile Page

Once you have entered the application, click on the CE Provider tab at the top to access your CE Provider Profile Page.

From this page, you can:

A)     View your name, member ID, and Renew your subscription, if applicable, through the Individual Header Tile,

B)     View your Provider Organization information, and select a different Provider Organization Profile Page through the Course Header Tile,

C)     View a course and its details from the Course Index through the Manage My Courses Tile,

D)    Bulk Upload Attendance through the Report Attendance Tile, and/or

E)     Add a new course through the Submit a New Course Tile.
