• ASHRAE 90.1 2022 - 55% savings from baseline

• Massachusetts Stretch Code 2023 - 61% savings from baseline

• 2020 CoBECC - 59% savings from baseline

• 2021 Seattle Energy Code - 63% savings from baseline

Adding Company Collaborator functions

Collaborators can be individuals inside or outside your company or external companies that you want to grant read-only or editing permissions for specific projects. Collaborators can be added to or removed from a project at any time. Learn more >

2030 Signatory Directory

Upon the sunsetting of the 2030 Signatory Directory on AIA.org, this information has now been moved directly to a new 2030 Signatory Directory that lives directly on the DDx landing page before the user logs in. Learn more >

Embodied carbon updates

Embodied carbon data inputs continue to be optional fields for DDx project data. This year, upon the release of the ECHO Project Schema, the AIA DDx has aligned its embodied carbon data fields to reflect certain data points from the schema. The bulk import spreadsheet has been updated to reflect these additional fields for projects with embodied carbon data. Changes include:

• LCA assessment year (Note: historically in the DDx, embodied carbon modeling date was optional)

• Project phase at the time of assessment (optional)

• Building Construction Type (optional)

• Carbon modeling tools expanded list
