Chapter Portal reports issue

We have received reports from a small number of Chapter Portal users of reports not pulling results as expected. It is intermittent and does not affect all components. Reports without date parameters will download a file with no results. When users pull reports using date parameters, an error message will display:

Developers will be working on identifying the issue and determining the best way to resolve the issue so reports pull as expected today. We will keep you updated on the progress of the fix.

Please send an email to Digital Support if you experience similar issues with reports. This will help the developers with troubleshooting.
