Fonteva User Update - May 2022


Welcome to the May edition of the Fonteva User monthly update.  Based on your feedback and several conversations with components throughout the country, we have better insight as to what is important to you, and we have prioritized work accordingly.


New functionality:

  1. Active Member Report (My Chapters > Select Chapter > Membership tab)

Important Announcements:

  1. Designations Fixed: Where applicable, designations should now reflect accurately (AIA, Assoc. AIA, Intl. Assoc. AIA)
  2. Merge/Duplicates: In testing right now. Will be deployed to PROD by the end of May.
  3. Select term dates for memberships are being identified and proactively corrected.

What’s up next?

 As always, you may refer to Work in Progress and the Roadmap housed in Portal Commons as these documents are updated regularly. In case you don’t have time to review, a quick snapshot:

  1. Transfer Report (improved over previous version) - Completion target: end of May
  2. ACH Report (issues and enhancements) - Completion target: end of May
  3. Chapter Portal edit functionality -Completion target: end of May
  4. Tweaking the demographic chart view - Completion target: end of May
  5. Upgrade Report (improved over previous version) -Completion target: June

  2. Is everyone ready to take down netFORUM? 94% replied yes. We are reaching out to those who are not.
  3. How do you like to learn about Chapter Portal features?
    • Bite size: Pop-ups or hover text that provide examples 50%
    • Meal: Virtual training with a live instructor, covering multiple topics: 19%
    • Snack: 30+/- second video demonstrating a specific task: 31%
