- Get the customer key from salesforce for the member you want to "impersonate." To find this go to the Contact record and look for the key in the URL.
- Copy the key to your clipboard.
- While you are still logged into Salesforce, you should put the following URL string into the address bar of a new tab, adding the customer key <customer key> you found.
