Step-by-step guide
- Get the customer key <contact key> from salesforce for the member you want to "impersonate." To find this go to the Contact record and look for the key in the URL.
- Copy the key to your clipboard.
- While you are still logged into Salesforce, you should put the following URL string into the address bar of a new tab, adding the <customer <contact key> you found.
aia.lightning.force.com/apex/soredirect?id=<customer <contact key>
