Online Payment Request ROE for CES Join Renew

What: New Rapid Order Entry process for online credit card payments

Why: We are passing the 3% convenience fee we pay on all credit card transactions to our customers. There is a vendor limitation within Fonteva in the current ROE process that will not allow us to add this convenience fee.

Effective Date: January 2, 2025

New Process

Navigate to the Sales Order

Select Rapid Order Entry

Add Product through Quick Add

Select Advanced Settings and Select Providers

Select Exit

Select Ready for Payment

Select Apply Payment {New}

Enter payment information and select Pay Now.

Notes:

The Back button does not currently work. You can leave the screen by selecting the X. This is a future enhancement request.

The online payment for Rapid Order Entry will continue to work as expected. However, the convenience fee will not be added to the transaction unless the above process is followed.
