Join us for a limited audience training session where we will walk through all areas of the Chapter Portal from login to reporting to member search.Â

The first step of the training process is to read, review, sign and return the Component Users Agreement: . Below are steps you can take to sign the User Agreement digitally. Return the signed User Agreement to your Component Engagement POC (listed below) and then sign up for one of the training sessions scheduled on the calendar.Â
The second step of the training process is to sign up and attend a training session. If your signed User Agreement is not returned at least one day before your registered training spot, your registration will be cancelled.

If the times above will not work with your schedule, please reach out to your Component Engagement POC requesting another training date (include dates and times available to expedite the scheduling).

Effective October 1st, AIA National support of components is evolving. Tier 1 support will be provided by our Component Engagement team. Your respective POC is named below and Tier 2 support will be handled by Technology. Should you need assistance please contact your Tier 1 POC.

To sign a PDF through Adobe Reader:
Download the PDF file.
Open up the file and read through to the end.
To confirm you agree to abide by the User Code of Conduct, use the Sign Document feature to insert your signature.
Click the
button and select Add Signature.
Type in your name and the date; select Apply (this may take a moment to refresh).
Move the signature box to the "Signature/Date" field.
Go to the "Tools" tab at the top of the window.
Select Comment (tool bar will be added to document tab).
Select "Add Text Comment"
and move curser to the "Name/Component or National affiliation" field; type your name and your component.
Go to File > Save As > save on your computer in the following format XXXX_Full Name_Date (XXXX is your Component Acronym)
Send an email to Digital Support with signed agreement and note the date you plan to register for training.
After sending email, sign up for training using the link on the training event on the calendar above.

Other Options to sign the User Agreement:
You can also print the agreement, sign it, scan it in and send the hand signed agreement back to Digital Support.Â
You can request for the User Agreement to be sent as a Word document so you can type in directly to the file and send back.
