Each year, a chapter is given the registry of their members with the member sales order and prices rules so that they can verify that members being charged the correct price for the correct membership.  Additionally, before the chapter's renewal emails are sent out, the chapter is asked to review and approve a proof of the printed sales order. This is how you can print a sales order for a member without needing to login to the renew app as that member.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Get the customer key from salesforce for the member you want to "impersonate." To find this go to the Contact record and look for the key in the URL.
  2. Copy the key to your clipboard.
  3. While you are still logged into Salesforce, you should put the following URL string into the address bar of a new tab, adding the <customer key> you found.
