Logging into Fonteva (non-production) for the first time
27 July 2023 - This page has been updated for reference to non-production environments. Staff is required to use Okta for login into Fonteva (production).
This article will explain how to log in to a lower environment of Fonteva for the first time
NOTE
Multi-factor authentication will soon be enabled for all direct logins to any Fonteva platform environment. This page will be updated accordingly.
If you have issues with the login process, please create a ticket in the Product Service Desk (Product / Issue Type = Fonteva / Access).
