Logging into Fonteva (non-production) for the first time

27 July 2023 - This page has been updated for reference to non-production environments. Staff is required to use Okta for login into Fonteva (production).

This article will explain how to log in to a lower environment of Fonteva for the first time

Step-by-step guide

  1. The first time you log into Fonteva (non-production), you will need to verify your account and set up your password.
  2. You will receive a welcome email from Salesforce. Check your Junk Mail or Clutter folders if you do not see it in your inbox. The email will contain the following:
    1. Verification link
    2. The URL for the lower environment you now have access to.
    3. Your username.
  3. Click Verify Account and follow the directions to set up your credentials.

  4. Fill in the form and select Change Password (please note, password requirements have been updated).


NOTE

Multi-factor authentication will soon be enabled for all direct logins to any Fonteva platform environment. This page will be updated accordingly.
