Upload a Commitment Letter (Admins Only)

To become a signatory to the 2030 Commitment, a company administrator must upload a signed copy of the 2030 Commitment letter as a PDF on company letterhead to the DDx. Click here to download the generic 2030 Commitment letter.

To upload the 2030 Commitment Letter, navigate to the Company Information tile on the Company dashboard. Click on Sign the 2030 Commitment Letter.

Complete the form, including the name, title, and email of the company officer. Upload a PDF of the signed letter and click Save.

After adding the information, it also has the option to edit the name, title, and email of the company officer, and upload an updated signed letter. Go to the Company Information tile on the Company dashboard, in the Signatory section and click on Edit. Edit the information needed and click Save.
