Change your firm's Admin POC

Has your firm’s Administrator Point of Contact left the firm? Users with the Administrator level permissions are able to change the firm’s Admin POC by clicking the Company tab and using the little pencil icon on the bottom right white box.
After clicking the pencil icon, you will see a dropdown menu for changing the Admin POC. Any person who is designated as an Administrator will pop up as an option. You can learn how to change employee permission levels here.
