Step-by-step guide

To view details of a sponsor and set as featured and Upload Image

  1. Navigate back to event by selecting event name at top left of page.
  2. Select Edit from the Event in top right corner of page.
  3. In Event Builder, from the left-side navigation, Select the Sponsors Packages tab.

  4. Select the Sponsors section to access Sponsors.

  5. Click the pencil icon next to a Sponsor record.

    NoteSponsor records are automatically created for any Account purchasing a Sponsor Package. If the Sponsor record does not already exist, staff users can create these manually from the Sponsors related list on the Event Record.




  6. Enter a Sponsor Name.
  7. Enter a description for the Sponsor in the Description field. The description entered in the Description field for a Sponsor will display under the Sponsor’s image on the Sponsor’s Page.
  8. Upload an Image or Enter an Image URL in the Image URL field.

    Important

    This is required for the Sponsor to appear in the All Sponsors or Featured Sponsors components in the Lightning Event.

  9. Enter a URL into the Sponsor Hyperlink field. When the Sponsor’s logo is clicked, it will navigate to the URL.

    If no URL is entered into the field, the logo will not be clickable on the Event Sponsors page.

  10. Click Save & Continue.
