Adding chapter portal access in Fonteva
Follow the steps below to give component staff access to their chapter portal.
Step-by-step guide
In Fonteva production site, go to Contact’s record
Go to drop-down on the right and select ‘View Customer User
On Setup Users screen, select Edit
Update the Nickname to the user’s name (first and last name)
Set User License as ‘Customer Community Plus Login’
Set Profile as ‘AIA Component’
Select 'Save'
Go to the Community Group in Fonteva
NOTE: Some users cannot see Portal Access from Contact’s record. The steps below can be done on the Contact’s Related tab if you have access
Go to 'Related 'tab and scroll to 'Portal Access'
Select 'New'
Search for Contact and select. For Portal Access, select ‘Read’
Select 'Save'
Go back to Contact record. Go to drop-down and select ‘Login in to Community as User’
Select 'Chapters'
View to confirm you can see the Community Group listed as available in the Chapter Portal.
