How do I access my chapter portal?

The Chapter Portal is where you can see all of your member data and chapter information in addition to accessing the most important reports needed to manage a chapter. You will have access to your chapter after completing the onboarding process.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to https://chapter.aia.org.
  2. Login using your AIA.org single sign-on (this is the same username and password you use to access AIA.org and Component Connect).
    1. Reset your password if you've forgotten it by using the "Forgot Password?" link on the Login page and following the prompts.
  3. From the Portal Commons screen, select My Chapters.
  4. Click on your chapter name (or on the chapter name you want to access if you manage multiple Components).




I don't see my chapter

If you don't see your chapter in the list when you login, or you don't see any chapters in the list when you log in, contact your Component Engagement POC requesting assistance. If you are a new staff member, go to the Training page for steps on how to receive training and access to the Chapter Portal.
