How do I welcome transferred in members to my chapter?
Data privacy
The majority of the fields on the Transfer In report constitute Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for our membership. PII is confidential information and should only be shared with leadership and staff that have a business need to know the specific information in a report. Please edit reports and remove the columns of data that are not needed for a business purpose before you share any data file. NEVER share a data file with someone outside of component staff or leadership.
Step-by-step guide
Login to the Chapter Portal and select the chapter you want to access.
The page will redirect to the Membership tab.
Select the Transfer In report.
Select the date range you want to retrieve and click “Download Report”.
Using the Clear button, you can remove the dates and pull ALL members who have transferred in since 2020. This could be helpful when you want to see transfers in year over year.
The list of results will open in a new tab.
Export the file as needed.
Open the file in Excel.
Use this list to send a welcome email to your newly transferred-in members.
