Create a Summary Wiki Page
This page is a guide to setting up a Summary Wiki page. Create a Summary page by topic or audience when there are several articles/pages of information. The Summary page gives the user a starting point to the information and provides them with a glance to the available content on the subject.
Step-by-step guide
- Include a search macro to allow the user to search for specific information/solution.
- Place holder text is in the search bar option “Ask a question”, “Search for a solution”, “Search for a topic”, etc.
- Set the macro to a specific Confluence Space
- Set the macro to search for specific Labels is applicable
- Frequently Asked Questions. Create this section to provide answers to questions you find are most often asked. This section will display a short list of most asked question article links.
- Trouble Shooting. Create this section to address specific problems that may occur. This section may address more technical issues.
- Use this area to provide additional resource articles for the topic. This may area may provide links to the vendor systems resources.
- Contact Support Information. Provide information for the user to be able to contact someone to help if it is needed.
