This page is a guide to setting up a Summary Wiki page.  Create a Summary page by topic or audience when there are several articles/pages of information.  The Summary page gives the user a starting point to the information and provides them with a glance to the available content on the subject. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Include a search macro to allow the user to search for specific information/solution.
    1. Place holder text is in the search bar option “Ask a question”, “Search for a solution”, “Search for a topic”, etc.
    2. Set the macro to a specific Confluence Space
    3. Set the macro to search for specific Labels is applicable
  2. Frequently Asked Questions. Create this section to provide answers to questions you find are most often asked.  This section will display a short list of most asked question article links.
  3. Trouble Shooting. Create this section to address specific problems that may occur.  This section may address more technical issues.
  4. Use this area to provide additional resource articles for the topic.  This may area may provide links to the vendor systems resources.
  5. Contact Support Information. Provide information for the user to be able to contact someone to help if it is needed.
