Understanding Fonteva Licenses

AIA has purchased a limited number of Sales Force licenses with varying levels of access. This area will explain those licenses types and who should be assigned to those licenses.

In Salesforce, there are 2 license types

Licenses

Fonteva Admin Licenses (x10 licenses)

For staff users that need the ability to administer staff user permissions, add objects (tables) and fields to the database, and manage integrations.

Fonteva Standard User Licenses (x40 licenses as of April)

For all paid AIA support staff employees that want to access the Fonteva Membership system

Customer Community Plus Logins (x275 licenses)

For all other National Staff and Component Staff that want to have "Staff user" access to their component's data to manage memberships, committees, events, etc.

Customer Community Plus (6000 unique users per month)

For non-power user Component staff and all members registering for events, managing their profile, and renewing through the Fonteva Events site/pages.
