How to create component roles

When creating a new chapter or adding staff to a chapter that hasn't had staff before, you will need to create a 'role' for that chapter. This role gives permission for a user to see data related to only this chapter. These roles are used to filter data for the dashboards.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to the admin area
  2. Go to roles
  3. Create a new role
  4. Complete the fields using the convention shown in the example below.
