Fonteva event schedule times are off in Boomset
This happens when the Fonteva user account of the person that created the schedule items is not set to Eastern Daylight (New York)
- Â Go into user account and update time zone. Ref screenshot below.
- Go into the event and update all schedule items so BOTH sets of time for the sessions are the same. Ref second screenshot below.
- Go back into Boomset and refresh sync or wait until it re-syncs automatically. Times should be correct.
