Editing an event ticket

This article explains how to edit/update a Ticket for an event.  

You will need to have your event open in edit mode.  You can refer to Editing an existing event, if needed.

Step-by-step guide

1.  With the Event open in edit mode, scroll the left Navigation to display Ticket.  Click/select Ticket on the left navigation.  This will open the Ticket page.


2. To edit/update Ticket, select the elipsis on the far right of the ticket to edit/update.


3. Click/select Edit ticket type, this displays the Edit Ticket Type window.


4.  Edit the Ticket fields using the scroll bar on the right of the window to scroll to the desired fields.



5.  Add/Update a Form to collect information from the Attendee (registration form).  A form is not needed for every ticket.  If updates are needed to the Form layout or fields contact your administrator.  The ATTACH FORM window allows you to add a form to the ticket or change a form that is attached to the ticket.

6.  When all edits/updates are complete, click/select the Save & Continue button to save your work and exit back to the Ticket page.


7.  To exit without saving your changes, click/select the Cancel button or the X at the top right of the Edit Ticket Type window without saving changes/updates.
