How to add an Emeritus Magazine to a Sales Order

  1. Locate Contact and confirm that Emeritus box is checked
  3. Select Generate Bundle button to create a Sales Order or alternatively Open an existing Sales Order
  5. Find the Sales Order and change Status from Close to Open
  7. To add a new Sales Order Line
    1. From the Sales Order Lines box on the right side, select New from the drop down box 
    2. A dialog box will pop up
  8. In the New Sales Order Line box, search for "magazine" in the Item field
  10. Select the appropriate chapter Emeritus magazine
  11. Check the Price Override box
  12. Select Save
  13. Return to the Sales Order
  14. Select View All to see all the Sales Order Lines
  16. Verify that the Magazine line and the Sale/List Price are shown as a separate line item
  18. Return to Sales Order
  19. Change Status to Close
  21. To complete the transaction, Process Payment
