Add a Fulfillment Request to a Contact

Step-by-step guide

  1. Locate contact record
  2. Review information in the Membership section by scrolling down
  3. Click on Related tab to review additional information
  4. Click on Fulfillment Request section  
  5. Select New
  6.  
  7. Complete the Request Form
  8. Select the Origin of the Request from the drop down
  9. Select Membership-Fulfillment  from the dropdown for Activity
  10. Select Reason for the Request from the drop down
  11. Write-in a brief summary in Summary section, e.g., package not received
  12. Provide more in-depth details as needed in the Details field, e.g., an address to mail the item if diffrent from the Contact preferred address
  13.  Select Save, when complete
  14. To view the request entry, select the hyperlink for the Fulfillment Request Number
  15. Review  information entry for the request
  16. To edit the Request entry, return to the Fulfillment section under the Related tab and select Edit from the right drop down arrow
  17. To delete the entry select Delete from the drop down arrowÂ
