How to add Supplemental Dues to a Renewal using Generate Bundles

- Identify the Contact record of an Architect member in a chapter that requires Supplemental Dues
- Use Generate Bundle to Create a Sales Order or open an existing Sales Order
- Select the Sales Order
- Change the Status of the Sales Order from Closed to Open
- In the Sales Order Lines box on the right, select the dropdown
- Select New
- In the New Sales Order Line pop up box
- In the Item field, begin to type "Supplemental" to search for the chapterÂ
- Select the chapter Supplemental Dues item
- In the Price field, type in the chapters total Supplemental Dues amount using the spreadsheet tool
- Check the Price Override box
- Select Save
- Return to the Sales Order
- Review the Total amount and confirm that it is as expected
- In the Sales Order Lines box on the right, select View All
- Confirm that a Supplemental Dues Line was added and the item Sales Price and Total Price are accurate
- Return to the Sales Order
- Change the Status from Open to Closed
- To complete the renewal, process payment
