How to apply an ArchiPac Donation

2. To add a donation to an existing Sales Order

3. Select the applicable Sales Order and scroll down to edit the Status field

4. Open

   

5. Change Status field from Close to Open

6. From the drop down on the right hand Sales Order Lines box select New

7. Open

   

8. Add a new Sales Oder Line

9. In the dialog box, type "ArchiPac" in the Item field 

10. Select ArchiPac Donation - $25.00

11. Check the Price Over Ride Box

12. Select Save

13. Open

    

14. You'll return to the existing Sales Order

15. The $25 will add to the total amount

16. To further confirm, select View All at the bottom of the Sales Order Lines box

17. Open

    

18. A separate line shows the $25,00 ArchiPAC Donation

19. Open

    

20. Return to the Sales Order and select Status field and change back Close

21. Open

    

22. If all the Sales Order is complete with the ArchiPac Donation, select Process Payment at right side of screen

23. To complete the transaction, apply payment
