Finding who needs to renew their ABI subscription this month

Each month some portion of ABI subscribers will come up for renewal and email renewal reminders need to be sent out. This will show you how to get that list of subscribers so you can reach out to them. You can use this report ABI Susbcriptions up for Renewal to be able to see who you should contact.

Step-by-step guide

  1. From any set of tabs on Fonteva, select Reports. (If there are a lot of tab options on the screen you are on, you may find reports under the MORE drop down at the far right).
  2. From the Reports page, select All Folders (#1), and scroll down to the Research folder (#2).
  3. Select the ABI Subscriptions up for Renewal and the report will be displayed already filtered for all customers with an ABI subscription that expires THIS MONTH. 
  4. Export the file in the format you want by selecting "Export" from the Edit drop down.

  5. Alternatively, rather than download the report, you can click on the Membership Subscriptions and follow the steps for How to send an ABI renewal for an individual directly from this report page.


If you need to change the filter so that you are seeing subscriptions that expire next month or in some other time frame, you can use the filter icon () to make this happen.

Adjust your filter, select RUN, then download your data.
